During the Covid-19 pandemic, I spearheaded efforts to adapt store operations, ensuring the safety of both customers and employees without compromising on service quality.

Transitioning to the role of Service Desk Technician, I became the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of computer issues.
